Citrix application access will require MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) effective March 15, 2021.

To ensure continued access, please complete the following:

1 Register for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) by clicking this button:

2 After you have registered for MFA, please access Citrix applications by logging into Connect.ah.org or using the AppStoreMFA ("MFA Access") link found on the Connect Sign-In page.
3 If you have configured your device to automatically login, you will need to modify the Citrix Workspace device address.
Change the Citrix Workspace client address from the existing URL to one of the following:
  • Windows and Apple macOS workstations only:
    • https://connectugext.ah.org
    • Note: If prompted, select: connect_ug
  • Mobile devices only:
    • https://connectug.ah.org
    • Note: If prompted, select: connect_ug
